This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance and care. Consumables, such as parts affected by normal wear and tear (filters and lamps) are not covered by this 2-year warranty plan.
We will repair, without charge, any defect due to faulty material or workmanship. Please return the complete unit, shipment prepaid, to EcoloGroup / Advanced Ecolo Technologies bv. The warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by other than EcoloGroup/(Advanced Ecolo Technologies bv) and it's Authorized Service Centers.
