Every order that is sent from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
 

Delivery time

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please see below to get an idea of when your order, after receiving your payment, will be with you:

EcoloBlue; AWG products:

  • 1-3 working days: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
  • 3-6 working days: Western and Northern European countries.
  • 6-9 working days: Southern and East European countries.

EcoloLife; Biodegradable Plastics and Composting Technology products:

  • 1-3 working days: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
  • 3-6 working days: Andorra, Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switserland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Vatican City. 
  • 6-9 working days: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine.

EcoloEnergy; Alternative Energy Sources Wind & Solar and LED Lighting Technology products:

  • 1-3 working days: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
  • 3-6 working days: Andorra, Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switserland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Vatican City. 
  • 6-9 working days: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine.

Shipping can be made whilst stocks last. The shipping price varies per country and covers part of the handling, packaging, delivery, delivery insurance and postage costs. The rest is paid for you by EcoloGroup. In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be specified accordingly. Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for shipping costs.

Orders placed during the weekend, or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the first following working day.
If we are unable to dispatch the goods within this time frame we will inform you if possible.

We cannot redirect or change orders once they have been dispatched.
